The Passport Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the Passport Office at TXST and performs the day-to-day tasks to keep the Office operational. The Passport Office Manager oversees one other part-time facility agent and reports directly to the Director of Education Abroad and Passport Services.Job Duties:Develop and keep up-to-date standard operating procedures for the Passport Office to ensure compliance with Department of State regulations.Supervise and provide up-to-date training for the part-time facility acceptance agent.Maintain operations for the Passport Office, such as maintaining the website, maintaining the booking website, keeping supplies on order, etc. working within the budget given.Coordinate marketing services for the Passport Office.Review applications and documents for completeness, collect fees, sign, and execute documents for passport applications or renewals.Complete transmittal documents and prepare documents for shipping.Ensure that all mail goes out by the end of the day to comply with Department of State regulations, which may include driving to the closest USPS drop-box to drop the mail.Retain records for up to 24-months using a secure, record retention process.Additional Information to Applicants:Job Open Date:
