The Sales Enablement Program Manager will serve as an extension of the Retail Sales Management Leader to partner with various stakeholders ensuring work is identified, prioritized, and completed. Feedback is synthesized, strategies and solutions are created and executed effectively, communications are clear, issues are addressed immediately, and initiatives or projects that span within the Line of Business (LOB) or across various Business Units are completed on time and within budget. This position will also assist with various operational tasks as assigned.This candidate will:Demonstrate a natural curiosity to learn and proactively seek out information.Handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.Be results driven and work independently to complete assignments with strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize.Identify and manage through complex problems; gain consensus, develop, evaluate, and implement solutions.Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, on behalf of the National Sales Enablement leader, as appropriate for the needs of the audience; this includes being strong at storytelling and synthesizing information into impactful PowerPoint Presentations.Build strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Serve as a primary liaison on behalf of the leader between sales team, leadership, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and problem solving.Provide an additional effective line of communication for front line colleagues to provide ideas and suggestions.Key contact for those within and outside of the LOB trying to find resolution to various issues and work with them to navigate organizational structure.Quickly and effectively pull in the appropriate front line or leadership resources to meet desired objectives.Identify requests and decisions that need to be handled by the Retail Sales Enablement Management Leader and which can be handled by others within the team to relieve the Director of non-critical decision-making responsibilities.Ensure branding and messaging of LOB is clear, effective, and consistent. Provide overall support to the Leader on general requests including, but not limited to: Team Meeting agendas and materials, Communications, Presentations, Town Halls, LOB SharePoint page, Goals and Objectives, etc. Create PowerPoint presentations from scratch including synthesizing information, utilizing storytelling, and developing information specifically for the needs of the audience.Explore viability of various ideas. Support the messaging plan and effectiveness of the LOB in communicating to all lines of colleagues and evaluate ideas for feedback when necessary.Provide analytical support on topics impacting LOB, evaluate insights and outcomes on topics impacting the LOB progress.Establish regular check-ins with the leader to provide updates.Review, update, and coordinate the project management priorities to ensure alignment, consistent updates, and coordination among the leader, project owner, and key stakeholders.Execution/DeliveryUse a centralized project management tool that is accessible to all stakeholders.End to end ownership of delivery on business outcomes (from inception through implementation)Translates the vision into actionable, measurable plans (short-term and long-term initiatives)Accountable for specific business outcomes once initiative enters implementationMonitors and measures initiatives to ensure objectives (qualitative and quantitative) are being met; identifies and removes roadblocksAd hoc project management for initiatives in support of the business strategy.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of vendor information, capabilities and offerings.Organize and facilitate vendor presentations and pitches to sales enablement team and other stakeholders as applicable.Identify and explore new vendor opportunities that align with company priorities, customer needs, and industry or market trends.Support our Sales Enablement Connect site for continuous improvement opportunities.Support colleague advisory roundtables.Support community events in market as applicable.Support in market visits for leader as applicable.About ComericaWe know our employees are critical to our overall success and we are dedicated to investing in their future.
