Also, responsible to work collaboratively with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff, i.e., accounting, front office, human resources, sales, etc. to maximize food & beverage performance. Must also be prepared and available to assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary.Qualifications:2-3 years resort/hotel food & beverage supervisory, management experience required. Multi-unit F&B outlet experience a plus.
