Oversees the day to day operation of the hotel to create and maintain maximum profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards. The GM will lead efforts to ensure that effective human resource, management/leadership best practices are implemented in a way that creates and maintains an engaged, productive, and high-performing workforce and work environment, and that are in accordance with Federal and State laws and HR-Corporate policies and procedures.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years' experience as an Executive Assistant Manager and/or other hotel operations management position in which comparable job knowledge and skills have been acquired. Five (5) years' experience in all phases of upscale hotel management, including sales and marketing/revenue management in a first-class hotel organization, daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services. Bachelor's degree in business, travel industry management or other related field preferred.Come Work Here!
Compensation & Benefits:
