If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity on a team of top performers, apply today!ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met.Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process.Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.QualificationsOver 1 year of experience generating real estate leads.Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license.Compensation$75,000Doherty Real Estate Group is a community-focused real estate firm dedicated to making a difference in Mission Viejo, CA, and surrounding areas.
