Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the team to achieve store goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.Duties
Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service.Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, pricing, and ordering supplies as needed.Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.Maintain a clean and organized store environment for both customers and staff.Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.Requirements
Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment.Excellent communication skills.Familiarity with store management practices including inventory control.Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members effectively.Bilingual candidates are preferred for enhanced customer interaction.Proficient in stock management, pricing strategies, and market analysis.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.Job Type:
