We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement plan, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full-time positions!Job Description:Allied Universal is currently hiring a Field Supervisor (FS) to support operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on-site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all times. FSs work closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform day/night site visits to inspect & supervise SPs in the field.Address escalation of "after hours" & "cold start" calls to ensure sufficient coverage at customer sites.Work with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with SPs.Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and ensure professional image and quality standards are maintained.Conduct post inspections to ensure that Post Order manual and all other post and training information is properly maintained and updated.Conduct on-the-job training, in coordination with Post Commander, of new employees assigned to post.Respond to call-offs during the FS's shift, identifying replacements and assisting Scheduler with scheduling changes.Identify personnel problems at posts and forward issues to Operations Manager and/or Corporate HR Director.Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office.Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.Identify available qualified personnel to fill abandoned or open posts.Maintain all current BSIS licenses and ensure a working knowledge of all posts within the regional area of responsibility.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum three (3) - five (5) years of professional-level experience required.Driving Positions:

Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record.Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage deadlines.Excellent attendance and punctuality required.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.Ability to write effective and concise reports.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:College education or business classes desirable.Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement and/or military highly desired.Experience in scheduling, operations or other functions of security industry.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.BENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.Closing:Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
