We are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager for a client in the Frederick, MD area. They are a reputable General Contractor with decades of project experience.
Project Manager should meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:
Commercial Construction Project Manager with 10+ years of experience on $5M to $40M projectsExperience on some of the following: office buildings, schools, government, retail facilities, manufacturing, hospitality, multi-family, etc.Ability to prepare project schedules using Primavera or MS ProjectGood computer skills with Project Management softwareAble to develop good rapport with clients and design professionalsA general understanding of the various commercial construction trades and the coordination between their respective work activities
