DescriptionGeneral duties of Aftermarket Inside Sales Rep:Maintain "On Hold" reports and send estimates through Salesforce.Maintain customer PM lists through the daily, weekly & monthly schedule.Meet and exceed PM/ Service goals at each assigned location.Use Salesforce to keep accurate records of the sales process.Follow up on prospects and leads using an organized marketing campaign within Salesforce.Create work orders resulting from approved PMs in Salesforce.Set up customer accounts and billing as needed using Quickbooks and Bill & Pay.Work together with the marketing team to develop more leads and opportunities.Generate potential PMs from past equipment sales near our locations.Process service requests within territory and create corresponding work orders in Salesforce.Convert and set up service customers from company acquisitions accordingly.Seek referrals from our customers and prospects.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Work environment and physical demands:Sitting for long periods of timeMultiple hours of screen timeEducation:High School DiplomaBenefits/Health Plans:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverageFree life insurance for all full-time employeesFlexible spending accounts401k Program: Jon-Don matches 50% of employee contributions up to 4%Sign-on BonusPaid Holiday and Flex Floater DaysPTO: 3 weeks within the first year: As State Law RequiresSick and Safe time off: As State Law RequiresEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee DiscountsWellness PerksJon-Don, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
