OEE invites applications for an Extension County Specialist, 4-H Youth Development and Natural Resources. This is a full-time, twelve-month, non-tenure track Extension faculty position. Faculty rank is dependent upon academic credentials and professional experience.CSU Extension and Elbert County seek a professional with experience in natural resource and 4-H youth development programs. Responsibilities include leadership in developing, implementing, evaluating, and reporting educational programs in Elbert County, managing volunteers, and fostering collaboration.Conditions of Employment:

Pre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires), Valid Driver’s License, Travel.Required Job Qualifications:Completed bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources, Range Management, Soil Health Management, Forestry, Youth Development, or a closely related field.3+ years of professional experience relevant to the essential job duties.Broad understanding of discipline area associated with the position.Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one by the employment start date.Legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date.Preferred Job Qualifications:Ability to communicate through teaching, public speaking, and writing.Ability to plan, organize, work, teach, and interact with diverse populations.Ability to secure external funding.Experience with conflict resolution and public issues education.Application Instructions:
