Intrepid is a subsidiary of Patriot Growth Insurance Services.Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The Benefit Analyst will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, conducting data analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Work Arrangement : This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office located in Denver, CO.Professional Responsibilities :Skillfully negotiate with insurance and stop loss carriers during renewal discussions, ensuring favorable terms and rates for employee benefits packages.Collaborate with carriers and vendors, building strong relationships to facilitate smooth negotiations and ongoing benefits administration.Effectively administer the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for various benefits, including medical, Rx, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and voluntary benefits.Demonstrate expertise in managing the internal flow of work related to renewals and open enrollment changes, ensuring efficient and timely processing.Prepare comprehensive spreadsheets to effectively communicate renewal plan information, facilitating informed decision-making by stakeholders.Process carrier changes and new business submissions during open enrollment, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies or issues.Support Benefit Advocates by assisting with Benefit Guides, enrollments, compliance notices, and other related tasks as required.Qualifications and Requirements :Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2 or more years' experience working in benefits administration, specifically in analyzing and managing employee benefit plans, conducting market research, and working with benefits providers.Colorado Life and Health Insurance License preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.About Patriot Growth Insurance Services : Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
