Overview:The Senior Human Resources Business Partner supports the CBHomeCare division and is a strategic partner who proactively identifies solutions to business issues. This position will align HR people processes and business goals and strategic thought partnership with business leaders regarding employee engagement, employee relations, succession and retention planning, organizational design, and the continual enhancement of a positive work experience for CBHomeCare employees.

Responsibilities:Responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, as well as the day-to-day HRBP responsibilities.Help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.Support leaders on all strategies related to people in assigned business line, managing concepts and appropriate related tasks.Coach leaders to drive high performance, providing insight based on internal and external trends.Develop and implement HR approaches to support business unit growth by evaluating trends and identifying strategies and approaches that will support and enable growth.Serve as a subject matter expert on HR requirements and maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.Oversee the development and implementation of HR projects/interventions that result in improving business productivity, efficiencies, employee engagement, and retention.Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation.Analyze the efficiency of the HR processes in the HRIS and provide support in maintenance and configuration.Analyze HR metrics through Business Intelligence tools, creating reports, and translating complex data into actionable strategies.Provide ongoing training and support to leaders on the HRIS.Implement the human resource strategy and plan for acquisitions and integrations.Maintain and process all Unemployment Notices and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner. Attend unemployment hearings when necessary.Report, maintain, and monitor all workers' compensation case files; follow up on open cases.Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare company-wide OSHA form 300 postings and monitor duration of required postings.Serve as primary point of contact for and manage all leaves of absence, educating employees and managers on the leave process and related policies.Assist with the annual benefits Open Enrollment process.All other duties as assigned.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.5+ years HR or relevant experience.HRIS administrator experience preferred.Human Resources certification preferred.Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.Proficient in Excel.
