The role requires a creative and engaging approach to deliver and enhance the teams operational efficiency. The Intel Quality Analyst will work collaboratively with our broader MarketStar teams and look to tailor the approach to be a right fit for our team.Location : US - RemoteWhat Will You Do?Support the design and implementation of the QA framework end-to-end.Develop and implement effective quality control processes to identify potential gaps in process and enhance overall operational delivery.Provide root cause analysis on failure points and effective process improvement recommendations.Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation PIP and PDP processes.Liaise with senior management to ensure QA needs assessments are carried out.Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees.Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity.Collaborate with global team to fine tune best practices.What Will You Need to Succeed?Experience working within a QA environment, and a clear understanding of Sales and Customer success programs.Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (stakeholders, TL's, reps, etc.).Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Compliance & data protection knowledge, able to ensure strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations.Strong business acumen.Experience in SaaS tech industry.Experience with quality assurance or metrics analysis.Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.EN + any European language and comprehensive understanding of the general culture/manners preferred.Proficient use of Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint).What We Offer:In our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:US:Structured learning and career development programs.Mental health program.Generous Paid Time Off policy.Paid medical leave.Child/Dependent care reimbursement.Education reimbursement.401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor.Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 and is paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component.
