This position will be leading the NinjaOne sales motion within CDW in the US. You will be responsible for developing CDW’s sales team and maintaining effective relationships, creating and driving product awareness, and driving new sales activity across CDW.Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)What Will You Do?Recruit, educate, and enable CDW sellers on NinjaOne's product to drive revenue and awareness.Generate new sales leads weekly and maintain an opportunity/revenue pipeline; assist and help the appropriate NinjaOne, MarketStar, and CDW to close deals.Manage lead handoff process within CDW; ensure that we are leveraging leads to uncover additional opportunities within CDW’s book of business.Make joint prospecting/sales calls with CDW reps when needed.Gather intelligence and submit timely weekly reports on the state of business, closed wins, new leads, sales engagement, and activities.Organize content and provide necessary training and support to CDW sellers on NinjaOne products, promotions, and programs.Conduct partner floor days, promotions, lunch and learns, and other events either alone, with the NinjaOne team, or with other partners that can help drive NinjaOne opportunities.Attend and present at local or regional events when necessary.Maintain effective communication with NinjaOne Program Manager, rest of the NinjaOne MarketStar inside sales team, and NinjaOne client as needed.Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure revenue is optimized.What Will You Need to Succeed?Experience selling or educating CDW partner sellers on a security or SaaS solution.Experience recruiting, developing, and enabling DMR partners preferred.Demonstrated success in achieving assigned quota, managing objectives, and delivering on goals.Excellent sales, presentation, and reporting skills.Ability to comprehend and communicate security or SaaS technology and solutions.Candidate must be comfortable driving awareness and gaining mindshare via phone, email, and in-person events.Ability to manage multiple tasks on different tracks each day.Good organization skills to ensure proper follow-up with multiple sellers, opportunities, initiatives, etc.Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.What We Offer:In our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:Structured learning and career development programs.Mental health program.Generous Paid Time Off policy.Paid medical leave.Child/Dependent care reimbursement.Education reimbursement.401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor.Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.The pay range for this position is between $70,000 and $75,000 and may be paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component.
