The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for assisting the assigned Director in the planning, development, and implementation of appropriate marketing and sales operations. This is a performance-based position responsible for driving success for driving the top of the funnel across all segments of Pixel for Business. The Senior Program Manager role will also assume responsibility for overseeing employee effectiveness, productivity, retention and satisfaction through coaching, training, development, and continuous active sales performance management.Location: CA - Hybrid (San Jose area)What will you do?Manage successful execution of weekly, monthly and quarterly client deliverables; respond to questions regarding team successes and failuresDevelop and execute strategic and tactical plans and sales methodologies to ensure the achievement of client and program goals and objectivesWork closely with stakeholders and resources at all levels of the organization to build and maintain positive relationshipsManage client relations and satisfaction, account management, employee effectiveness and productivity, and administration of both MarketStar and client programs, policies, procedures, and practices; ensure client advocacy at all levels of operationOversee administrative processes, employee performance management and evaluations, provide measurable feedback to team members, suggestions for improved performance to deliver appropriate recognition and corrective action as neededMaintain regular and clear communication with team members to ensure they are well-informed of changes in programs, policies, procedures and initiativesWhat Will You Need to Succeed?Minimum of 3 years experience building and launching successful BDR, SDR, and ISR teams for a Mid-Market and Enterprise segment.Experience implementing new AI technologies in a sales environment to track, monitor and improve workflow and productivity.Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies coupled with solid analytical skills and the ability to present information and analysis to executivesProven ability to command a leadership role in a team environment and drive the performance of others through culture, employee development, and performance management.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with client and internal stakeholders to develop relationships and strategy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; engaging and persuasive presentation skillsProficient knowledge of Google Workspace, Salesforce, Salesloft, VOIP, and other related tech stack tools that drive pipeline generation.Ability to travel internationally 3-4 times each year and 1-2 times nationally each year.What We Offer:In our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:Structured learning and career development programsMental health programGenerous Paid Time Off policyPaid medical leaveChild/Dependent care reimbursementEducation reimbursement401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisorComprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and visionThe pay range for this position is between $110,000.00 and $130,000.00 and may be paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component.
