The Johnson & Johnson Global Audit & Assurance (GAA) organization is seeking a Lead Digital Analyst as part of our Digital Analytics and Automation team. The location for this position is New Brunswick, NJ.

Global Audit & Assurance's primary mission is to provide independent, objective assurance and advisory services to assist management in maintaining compliance with government and industry regulations, mitigating risk, and achieving operational excellence. To this end, the Lead Digital Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development and implementation of data analytics, automation/robotics (RPA), AI, and tools necessary for audit and/or internal investigation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of sustainable and cost effective RPA, OCR, and AI solutions.Lead the design and development of advance analytics and automation solutions to query, mine, and analyze large data sets leveraging data analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Python, etc.).Work directly with GAA Staff and leadership to design and implement digital solutions with high impact by focusing on:Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the current process.Identifying insights that could not be previously obtained.Driving standardization, repeatable use, and scalability of solutions.Improving End-User experience.Develop advanced technology solutions leveraging OCR, predictive machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities.Lead the design and implementation of governance for data quality control and change management within the solutions.Utilize strong communication to influence without authority to drive key initiatives with GAA leadership that develop best-in-class solutions.Develop methodologies that allow for efficient and repetitive data extraction and normalization processes.Lead analytics as a service engagement or areas of an investigation (i.e., planning, analytics, etc.) by understanding enterprise data, business processes, and stakeholder needs.Perform review of code and testing to detect and minimize application problems.Strategize, lead, and deliver global training programs to GAA.Lead special projects and participate in project teams established to achieve Department goals and objectives aimed at improving investigation operations.May be a people leader with 1-3 direct reports.Education:

Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering).Preferred: A dual major/minor combination including business (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Statistics).Experience and Skills:

4 years of working experience in designing, building, and operating digital solutions.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.Technical expertise and previous hands-on experience with any of the following software tools: Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.); Data query/automation tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.); Data mining and predictive tools (e.g., Python, R, etc.).Strong knowledge and applied experience in database and enterprise-wide information systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, SQL Queries, Data Lakes, APIs, etc.), including Relational Database and Data Visualization.Ability to problem-solve and effectively engage with stakeholders to resolve issues related to audit and controls analysis, continuous auditing, continuous monitoring, data access and analysis, and reporting.Effective project management skills, including personal time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with a team to execute actions and deliver results.Ability to lead others and manage team performance, including providing performance feedback.Demonstrated strong quantitative, analytical, or statistical skills required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver formal presentations.Prior experience effectively leading others, including influencing, negotiating, and communicating with both internal and external customers.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
