The People Experience Digital (PX Digital) team is looking for a

Digital Insights & Analytics Analyst

to gather, analyze, and deliver insights from both qualitative and quantitative data that will drive continuous improvements for a high standard of employee digital experience across enterprise.

The PX Digital team oversees an enterprise employee platform as the go-to destination for finding relevant content and information, and quickly connecting J&J employees. Launched in 2020, the platform continues to grow as the first stop for all J&J employees. The Digital Insights & Analytics Analyst will be encouraged to partner with the PX Digital Product team as well as the PX Listening team to advise our strategy and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely within the PX Digital Product team to support the execution of the product roadmapSupport the robust and accurate foundation for digital analytics trackingSynthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data; leverage contextual feedback to inform the product strategy and feature prioritizationIdentify the root of collaborators’ data analytics needs and partner to establish informative measures and actionable insightsGather and analyze behavioral data to support the digital ecosystem and toolsDevelop dashboards and reports to provide a clear view of product performance and health based on web analytics and user feedbackIdentify requirements and implement Google Analytics data capture for website capabilities and mobile appsMonitor, measure, and analyze data from Google Analytics; proactively identify and diagnose any anomalies or inconsistencies and present recommendations to improve or resolveConnect quantitative data with qualitative employee data to derive and communicate insightsManage the analytics product portfolio, including polls, surveys, A|B testing, CSAT, etc.Collaboratively develop A|B testing plan and implement A|B testsMonitor, measure and analyze employee satisfaction, sentiment and favorability through focus groups, voice of employee feedback sessions and digital surveys and pollsManage demand intake from business partners and effectively communicate status, deadlines and deliverablesCollaborate with vendors/agencies to deliver against digital analytics work streamsConduct formal/informal training on the use of new technologies and measurement reporting

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience and Skills:

Required:

3 or more years of experience in digital web analytics (Google Analytics preferred)Superb communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.Experience in data collection strategy, data management, digital measurement solutions, analysis, visualization, and demonstrable ability to connect the analysis to insights that impact the overall user experienceHighly self-motivated with ability to prioritizeExperience with data visualization: building reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight metrics to partners in different functions and levelsStrong collaboration skills, with experience in bringing together multi-functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery modelHighly organized with good attention to detail and data qualityProficiency in MS Office, with focused expertise in Microsoft Excel and working with large, sophisticated datasets; Microsoft PowerPoint to present concise insights

Preferred:

Experience working with: Google Tag Manager, Google Looker/Data Studio, Qualtrics, Tableau and/or PowerBIExperience with SQL and/or Google BigQueryExperience working within Agile MethodologiesAbility to produce clear, detailed, concise user-stories, acceptance criteria and artifactsPrior experience working within an enterprise-scale content management systemPrior experience collaborating with vendors/agency to deliver against digital analytics work streams
