: To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level performing
ALL
of the following:
experience as an expert of loan processing;experience as an expert of credit analysis;comprehensive knowledge of loan underwriting;excellent customer service;strong time management skills;experience with lending practices.
