DescriptionAs Jon-Don continues to grow, they seek a Senior Sales Op Analyst to support the ongoing strategic sales efforts. Reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics, the Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data in an ongoing effort to grow the business. This role will regularly report out to key stakeholders on insights generated from analyses related to sales productivity, sales trends, seller activity and output, account penetration, etc. The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance business understanding and improve decision-making across multiple business units and sales channels. In addition, the Senior Sales Op Analyst will excel at management, development, and improvement of the key processes that support the sales team.About the CompanyJon-Don LLC ("Jon-Don") is a national value-added distributor of equipment, supplies, and training for specialty contractors in the water restoration, concrete surface prep and polishing, carpet cleaning, building service, and abatement end markets. Incline has a proven track record of accelerating business growth through investments in technology to further enhance customer service.Responsibilities :Partner with Sales leaders to determine appropriate action items and strategic recommendations based on data and analysesProduce, automate, and circulate sales management reports using Salesforce and PowerBI, including reports for senior management, sales management, and individual sellersAnalyze sales performance trends and use data to identify opportunities and highlight potential performance gaps; monitor key metrics and raise issues with sales managementCollaborate with Finance to ensure sales reporting and forecasting aligns with overall budgetConduct sales performance analyses and reporting, territory alignment, and customer profiling and targeting activitiesProduce ad-hoc sales performance reports as requested by sales managementAssist in administering sales incentive compensation plans and the goal setting processBe an at-cause team player, ready to roll up your sleeves on ad hoc work across the growing businessQualifications / Skillsets / RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detailStrong computer and software skills, including advanced Excel and Salesforce, and the ability to learn new systems as neededCreative thinker with the ability to pull insights from the data that can help move the businessExperience organizing and presenting data in PowerBIStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audienceHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesBachelors or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Computer Science, or similar field3-6 years experience in data analyticsBenefits/Health Plans:Medical/Dental/Vision insurance coverageFree life insurance for all full-time employeesFlexible spending account allowing employees to pay for certain health care expenses with pre-tax dollars401k program with employer contributionsHolidays and personal daysVacationEmployee referral programEmployee discounts
