Genral Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in FOH & Kitchen operations and casual dining. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing food production and service.Coordinate daily service and catering events, ensuring seamless execution.Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including training and development.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.Collaborate with the kitchen team.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsProven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.Strong knowledge of FOH service, catering, and kitchen operations.Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on staff training and development.Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearExpected hours: No more than 45 per weekWork Location: In person
