Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage our Front Desk and Rooms department. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest services. As an Operations Manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary materialTrain, supervise and front office staffAssist with breakfast as neededAssist in Housekeeping as needed, act as relief housekeeping supervisorSchedule shiftsEnsure timely and accurate customer serviceHandle complaints and specific customer requestsTroubleshoot emergenciesMonitor stock and order office suppliesEnsure proper mail distributionQualifications

2 years supervisory experience in hospitalityAbility to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet software and hotel management system.Benefits/Perks
