Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction and efficient hotel operations. The successful candidate will coordinate, direct and manage day-to-day operations for the hotel.

ResponsibilitiesPosition will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Front desk, housekeeping and maintenanceEnsure guest and associate satisfaction and efficient hotel operationsPosition will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.Implement standards and operating procedures.Coach and train new associatesQualifications

Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of supervisory experience.This position reports to: General ManagerMust have experience at properties of similar size and quality.Benefits/Perks

Compensation: $57,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
