NY !You will own a book of business and build a strategy to connect and partner with decision-makers at large companies to build out their company’s wellbeing programs, supporting our mission to make wellbeing universal!YOUR IMPACTDevelop and execute a prospecting strategy;Run discovery and sales conversations;Help clients understand the impact Gympass can have on their organization;Achieve quarterly, half, and annual sales goals consistently;Keep information up to date in Salesforce;Work to transition new accounts to their Client Success team;Proactively bring ideas and feedback to managers and global teams on how to improve the offer;Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.Who You AreA professional with 5+ years of experience selling in the SaaS B2B market;Experience exceeding a $700k+ annual quota;Experience selling to companies in the 2-10k FTE range;Top performing experience (top 10% of sales org);Experience selling into HR benefits, the wellbeing space, or complex sales;Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;Team player & culture add;Someone with a winning mindset, resilience, grit, and a willingness to dig in.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
