Client Sales Director - Strategic Account Executive

New York , working with our largest accounts!YOUR IMPACTYou will own a book of business of top US and multinational companies and build a strategy to bring these new companies on board as Wellhub clients through a consultative sales process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a prospecting strategy;Run discovery and sales conversations;Help clients understand the impact Wellhub can have on their organization;Achieve quarterly, half, and annual sales goals consistently;Keep information up to date in Salesforce;Work to transition new accounts to their Client Success team;Proactively bring ideas and feedback to managers and global teams on how to improve our offering;Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.Who You Are6+ years of experience selling in the SaaS B2B market;Experience exceeding a $2M+ annual quota;Experience selling to companies in the 10k+ FTE range;Top performing experience (top 10% of sales org);Experience selling into HR benefits, the well-being space, or complex sales;Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;Team player & culture add;Someone with a winning mindset, resilience, grit, and a willingness to dig in.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
