As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Account Executive to join our team.Job Overview

As an Account Executive- SMB, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and progress.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to post-sale support.Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Internships and relevant academic projects will also be considered.Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer
