SAP FICO Consultant

D4M International seeks a highly experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant to join our growing SAP practice.In this role, you will be supporting our clients to gain knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana by analyzing their current and future business processes to prepare a TO BE, which can also be said because of mapping and GAP analysis. Sometimes it will be necessary to analyze and understand a global template which must be implemented, integrated with the rest of the defined business processes, and tested until the customer’s representatives approve.As a result of the GAP analysis or as a part of the additional customer necessities, the definition of specifications to build the new solutions is very important. After the go-live project stage, the post-go-live support ensures that all the processes are included; and that the daily operation works as the customer requires.Part of your responsibility is to lead the D4M FICO team in implementations of S/4HANA for the financial functionality remotely or in Canada, the US, Mexico, and potentially other locations. In addition, you will help grow our practice by providing pre-sales Solutions and assisting in writing new SAP S/4 HANA project proposals for our clients in joining with the rest of the D4M project team.To be considered for this role, your background should include all or most of the following:Bachelor's degree with a Finance or Technology-related major.More than 10 years of implementing SAP Financial Modules including Project System.Proven experience in the Automotive Industry or Manufacturing.Proven Experience Leading Teams or projects (ability to work as a team member).Ability to facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills (English / Spanish).Experience in conducting Gap analysis between business requirements and software and making recommendations for SAP software implementation strategy.Proven functional and technical knowledge of customizing

Financial Accounting, Management Accounting (controlling), and Project System

in S/4 Hana or ECC solutions, Fiori, Solution Manager, Accounting closing activities, accounting principles, parallel accounting ledgers, etc.Experience in Cross SAP module integration including external integration with other non-SAP solutions such as Interfaces with Banks, Payroll systems, Sales Taxes calculation engines, etc.Technical and functional knowledge to support control of the different tasks in project execution and investments ensuring that the project describes the activities and related costs properly structured.Project Management abilities using one or more methodologies (ASAP, SAP ACTIVATE, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.).Experience in preparing test scripts for testing the SAP solution scenarios.Excellent knowledge and experience implementing Mexican Localization functions:Electronic AccountingElectronic InvoicingStamping of fiscal documentsCarta Porte and IMMEX ComplementTax Types (IVA, ISR, IEPS, Retentions, and other taxes)Withholding Tax CodesExchange rate handling for Deferred Tax (Purchasing and Sales)Postdated Check Deposit, Credit Voucher DepositAbility to conduct Key user / End-user training on the SAP Financial processes and Integration.Technical Skills to analyze ABAP but, not necessary to program in this programming language.Knowledge about migration tools to support any migration necessities.Consultants should ideally be certificated in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana Financials and Controlling modules.
