Position InformationHiring Manager:Director, Head of Investor DiligenceDepartment:Product SpecialistDepartment OverviewThe Product Specialist (“PS”) Team creates, updates and disseminates information, messaging and materials for investor communications initiatives and assists Marketing in developing information, messaging and communications materials for other audiences. The team works with Firm leadership, the other Investor Partners Group (“IPG”) Teams, Direct Lending and Broadly Syndicated Loans, Credit Opportunities, Fund Accounting and Compliance to create and disseminate information that is timely, accurate, on-brand and on-message. The team also frequently develops and / or presents content for investor-oriented presentations, panels and speaking opportunities.Position Responsibilities The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for creating investor marketing materials to support IPG’s sales efforts.Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Creating, updating and ensuring on-time completion for recurring materials (e.g., product pitchbooks, performance updates, webcasts and internal communications)Collaborating with Product Specialists to create original content and collateral for new strategies and fund structuresImproving content design, packaging and delivery; optimizing the presentation of information with effectiveness, clarity and pinpoint accuracyAnalyzing product and investment data for insights to craft and present consistent and clear messagingForming relationships with key partners across the Firm to source relevant data and content for marketing materials, investor messaging and ad-hoc projectsParticipating in internal projects that support fundraising needs and firmwide marketingCandidate RequirementsQualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of relatable experience in financial servicesUnderstanding of private debt or fixed income is a plusStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPointExperience with Seismic strongly preferredOutstanding organization and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing time-sensitive requestsExceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamworkStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbide by our work-in-office policies then in effectCritical Competencies for SuccessOur Gold Standards Model defines key behaviors and competencies across 4 dimensions: Leadership, Achieving Results, Personal Effectiveness and Thinking Critically. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
