Job Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Director of Enrollment Systems and Analytics, this position performs key data, reporting and administrative functions within MTC's records system and Admissions CRM, Ellucian Recruit. Specifically, the data coordinator will: assist in generating daily reports pertaining to college enrollment; generate correspondence, mailings, and reports; assist with communications management processing; import application files from multiple sources; track and resolve record integration errors; data entry; scanning, indexing and attaching application materials; respond to student and staff inquiries; identify anomalies in data and solve data issues; and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Associate's degree in a related field and two (2) years of experience or high school diploma and four (4) years of work experience; both with collecting, scheduling, processing and reporting information in a data processing environment experience. In addition, applicants should have advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years 'experience, or any combination of education, retraining or experience, which allow an incumbent to satisfactorily perform the work, ispreferred. Ellucian Recruit experience preferred.Additional Comments
