? :What youll do as a Lead Financial AnalystConduct monthly in-depth reviews of subsidiary forecast and backlog submissions, developing a strong understanding of each subsidiarys operational profile and customer base they serveCollaborate with subsidiary controllers and cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data to ensure accuracy in forecastsEnsure monthly forecast and backlog submissions from subsidiaries comply with job costing principles and financial guidelines for reporting and projection purposesDevelop and maintain operational and financial reports, highlighting variances, key financial trends, drivers, and performance indicators to support strategic planning for the enterpriseIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectivenessAssist with system implementations to support the changing needs of the businessPerform ad-hoc reporting to support periodic business development deliverables

? :What youll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyMinimum 8 years of proven FP&A experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of GAAP and Job CostingTechnical expertise in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and financial systems or databasesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholdersApt to work independently and efficiently to prioritize objectives and meet deadlinesCommitment to innovation and continuous improvementExperience working for a publicly traded company preferred, with a solid understanding of unique aspects and reporting requirements associated with public financial disclosures
