Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payrollPrepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and complianceLead month-end and year-end closing processesDevelop and implement accounting policies and proceduresManage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and mentorshipQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
