- Oversee the planning and execution of a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage project schedules, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Oversee budget management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
- Drive product development initiatives, working closely with the engineering team to bring innovative products to market.
- Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing and aerospace industries to guide decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Senior Program Manager, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience in scheduling, cost management, and operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing and aerospace industries, as well as product development.
- Exceptional budget management and project scheduling skills.
- A results-driven mindset, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
