Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 18 months of experience required License: For start dates 2-4 weeks out, must have appropriate state or compact license in hand. For start dates 4+ weeks out, must have started the licensing process to be considered. Certifications: Required certifications depending on the unit Must-Have: - First-time travelers are not accepted.- Orientation hours required: 12 hours.- Must work two out of three major holidays.- COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).- Two supervisor references required. Job Description: - Individuals in certain nursing roles, such as Periop/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from specific hiring restrictions and can work beyond set deadlines.- Charge pay is now available.- Nurses will be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.- Degree from a university accredited by ACEN or CCNE is required.- Must have relevant certifications as per the job or unit description.- Requires floating to other hospital locations if necessary.- Compliance with local resident policies and travel compliance tier guidelines.- No specific charting system required.This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join a dynamic team on a night shift schedule.
