Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 18 months Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 18 months required License: For start dates 2-4 weeks out, must have an Indiana or compact license in hand. For start dates 4+ weeks out, candidates must have started the Indiana/compact licensing process. Certifications: Please refer to the job description/unit description for required certifications Must-Have: - Cerner experience Job Description: - Effective 11/30/24, certain rules apply regarding Indiana Registered Nurses (RNs) working in specific facilities. - Exceptions include Perioperative/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers who are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. - Perioperative roles include Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology RNs, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Cath Lab RNs, and Same Day Surgery. - Floating is 100% required; candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. - Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - Must have a Traveler's University degree accredited by the ACEN or CCNE. - Social Security Number and Date of Birth required at the time of submission. - Two supervisor references are required. - Local regulations differ for various positions; please review based on your specialty. - Candidates must have required certifications as per the unit description. - Orientation consists of 12 hours, non-billable.
