Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be expected to:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and delivering construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are in alignment with the project plan.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, as well as legal and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Continually seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Renewable Energy is required.
- 0-1 year of experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is coachable.
