Joint Venture Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across four JVRG brands. This role will develop and oversee marketing through four essential platforms: web based, social media, digital & print. The marketing manager will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, new market awareness, and revenue growth. This role is for a dynamic individual who can understand the circumference of the entire marketing sphere from customer relationship management (CRM) to key performance indicators (KPI). Seeking someone who is a self starter, genuinely passionate about marketing and is a creative thinker and problem solver.

Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

Oversee & direct social media, paid media, and digital marketing efforts across four brands, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Lead the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across organic and paid channels, focusing on short-form video for revenue growth.

Collaborate with the Comms/Branding team and other internal teams to execute marketing strategies for openings, events, and products.

Responsible for creating, capturing and editing engaging content (photos, videos, reels, tiktoks) to showcase menu offerings and brand experiences.

Manage social media channels across four brands, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts.

Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure innovative and optimized content.

Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts and social media campaigns, including captions, stories, and short-form video.

Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.

Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report on community sentiment.

Capture and edit photography for JVRG’s digital channels, third-party delivery services, and internal training content.

Organize and maintain internal asset libraries (photos, videos) for marketing materials and promotional use.

Plan and execute social media promotions, giveaways, and collaborations.

Track and analyze key social media metrics, using insights to refine strategies and grow engagement.

Style and shoot food and beverage photography, ensuring visuals are aligned with the brand’s identity.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Create personalized email marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights.

Use marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversions.

Create and implement lead generation strategy and retargeting campaigns relevant to each JVRG brand.

Analyze guest data to understand preferences and trends, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies and improve guest experiences.

Manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand partnerships to boost engagement and drive sales.

Track and measure campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Manage any marketing integration with reservation, delivery app and/or data platforms and database/CRM platform to ensure the database is current and complete.

Stay updated on the latest hospitality technology trends and innovations to keep CRM strategy current.

Set digital KPIs, holistically, and across digital (CRM, SEM, SEO and retargeting) campaigns, to ensure objectives are met.

Cross-functionally engage with regional/local teams to digitally support marketing strategies.

Own and report on Google Analytics platforms, across all websites (GA4), Tag Manager (GTM), Search (GSC) along with future digital evolution.

Report on website, email, and social campaign performance, incorporating external actions into reports.

Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction; holiday (seasonal), newsletter, customer lifecycle.

Support activations and marketing initiatives, ensuring the digital component is accounted for - including custom branding, landing pages, pop-ups, etc.

Support website user experience (UX), evolving it to adapt to the guest experience.

Leverage SEO across all brands, continually improving and maximizing branded SERP.

Brand Marketing:

Manage budgets for promotional activities, finding cost-effective ways to increase brand recognition.

Understand all food & beverage within each brand and effectuate marketing around these items.

Develop strategies to market specific locations, times of day.

Expertise in marketing of a restaurant, bar, wine shop, and catering services.

Build relationships with influencers and community partners to enhance brand reach.

Partner with MJS marketing team on strategy for the Middle East.

Work on merch for all of the brands.

Assist in creation of any artwork; catalogs; flyers; event-based materials.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications.

Experience in the hospitality fields.

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably within Hospitality.

Proven track record of social media management and content.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Creative thinking; ability to innovate, pivot & think outside the box.

Proficiency in all social media platforms.

Deep understanding of KPIs whether holistic or digital: (CRM, SEM, SEO and retargeting).

Experience working in a multi-brand environment.

Background in graphic design.

Experience with email marketing tools and CRM.

Other:

This is an onsite role.

5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 10 hours a day.
