Compensation: $48,000 -55,000 This will be paid by the hour.

Job Duties:
We are currently looking for a full-time Credit Analyst to be a part of our team responsible for Running credit reports for new and existing customers and performing OFAC screening to identify potential credit and compliance risks in our Lansing facility.
- Helping to maintain credit limits for existing customers by
- Review credit utilization reports to identify accounts needing updated credit limits.
- Reviewing, preparing, and analyzing accounts receivable reports, including Credit utilization, credit holds on customer orders, and average annual billings for a customer or customer group.
- Obtaining sales tax exemption certificates, W-9s, and bill-to address information.
- Researching and updating existing account Master Data ensuring our client is billing to the correct legal entity, and invoices are delivered to Accounts Payable in accordance with the customer's procedures and preferences.
- Validating new ship-to requests for existing customers, ensuring OFAC compliance, and rejection of duplicate ship-to.
Software:
AS400, Excel, Microsoft suite.
