Cover Supervisors
to work in schools across
Boston . This role is ideal for those with excellent classroom management skills who are eager to contribute to student success.Responsibilities:Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.Ensure students remain engaged and follow the set work.Maintain classroom discipline and support students' learning.Step in to manage a variety of subjects and age groups as needed.Requirements:Prior experience working with young people is advantageous but not required.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing
