We believe in a holistic approach to protecting our team, the environment, and communities.SummaryAs a Safety Manager for heavy civil and dredging projects, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety across our construction and dredging sites. Your role involves developing safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a safety-focused culture.

This is a night shift role.Key Responsibilities:Develop safety policies and procedures for heavy civil and dredging operations.Keep up-to-date with industry safety standards.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.Conduct site inspections and audits.Manage safety permits and documentation.Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors.Investigate accidents and incidents.Assess project-related risks.Integrate safety measures into project plans.Maintain safety records.Prepare and distribute safety reports.Qualifications:At least 5-10 years experience in safety management in construction.Knowledge of safety regulations.Strong communication and leadership skills.Education and Credentials:Bachelor’s Degree in safety related field with 5 years of safety experience in construction industry, ASP or GSP certification, and CHST certification.OR
