The incumbent is expected to teach an introductory computer science course. The course material is synchronized amongst the instructors teaching several sections of the same course. Responsibilities include teaching two 80-minute lectures a week, holding 2 hours of office hours a week to clarify course content and assignments with students, conducting 1-hour meetings with teaching assistants every two weeks for pedagogical support, attending course staff meetings every two weeks, and participating in crafting the exams.Position Status:
