Executive Chef 1

to join our team at Stirling Conference Center and Cafe located in the Pan American building in New Orleans LA. The current food landscape consists of 1 cafe and catering operations.The

Executive Chef 1

will be the lead culinary person on site. Duties will include but are not limited to:Menu planningOrderingInventoryHands on about 80% of the timeFood and labor cost managementLeading and developing a team of 10 hourly employees with the AGMSafety and sanitationEnsuring quality and presentation of foodCatering production to include high-end board of director lunches and other special eventsThis position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Must be flexible to work early evenings when needed. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.Target salary is 55K to 65KWhat We Offer
