Direct the flow of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure safe and orderly parking and foot traffic.Job Relationships:Responsible To: Guests, Parking SupervisorEmployees Supervised: NoneInter-Relationships: Must work well with guests, patrol, and maintenance.Duties and Responsibilities:Collect fees for parking.Setup and take down signs and/or traffic cones.Maximize the amount of cars that can be parked in the parking lot.Additional duties may be assigned.RequirementsQualifications:Certification: NoneExperience: NoneAge minimum: 16 years old.Other Requirements: Must be alert to all potentially dangerous situations.Environmental Factors:Exposure to cold, wind, snow, and potentially slippery surfaces.Hazards associated with moving vehicles.Standing or walking for extended periods of time.Values Implementation:Always responds to guests’ needs.Seeks ways to improve guest service.Take pride in knowing that 49° North is a quality ski resort -- The most affordable, friendly, family ski area in the region.THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE GENERAL NATURE OF THE WORK BEING PERFORMED.
