Plans and coordinates the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.This position will coordinate the recruitment, admissions, evaluation, and purchasing for students and faculty. The employee will assist in scheduling and provide associated support services to faculty and staff. Duties typically include planning and administration, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative outreach, and reporting.Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement.Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office ExcelExperience with Social Media PlatformsExperience working with students in a graduate-level programExperience with UNM Purchasing, including ChromeRiver and LoboMartAdditional Requirements
