The Rutgers University, Graduate School of Education, invites applications for Lecturer (PTL) teaching positions in the department of Educational Psychology during the Fall 2024 semester, September 3, 2024 through January 2, 2025.Successful applicants will instruct undergraduate or graduate level courses in at least one of the following content areas:School Counseling and Counseling PsychologyCollege Student Affairs and Higher EducationEducational Psychology: Learning & Cognition and/or Human DevelopmentGifted EducationSpecial EducationEducational Statistics, Measurement, and/or EvaluationCourses will be offered in a range of modalities beyond traditional settings, including hybrid and online formats. Course appointments are in the New Brunswick area, as well as hybrid/online format.Position Status:

Masters Degree Required. Doctorate Degree Preferred. Applicants with other degrees from an accredited institution will be considered. Some prior teaching experience and/or work experience relevant to the areas listed above.Statement:
Instructors are expected to attend orientation, submit syllabus, respond to student emails, and submit grades as per contract.All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment screenings.Immunization Requirements:
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:
