The position manages and works with the Records Analyst to promote good record-keeping practices across the institution and ensures the proper retention and disposition of records. This role works to create and foster a supportive learning culture and to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices into their work whenever appropriate.Required Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Masters plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Masters in Library and Information Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experienceFive plus years of archives or records management experienceDemonstrated knowledge of records keeping systemsAbility to work discreetly with sensitive or confidential materialsExcellent oral and written skillsDemonstrated ability to manage staff effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
