Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis team, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.
- Analyze financial trends and results, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings to executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy in all financial activities.
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and expertise.
- Drive continuous improvement in the FP&A function, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Proven experience in the retail finance sector, with a deep understanding of retail financial operations and trends.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all financial activities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance financial operations.
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to drive financial strategy and planning in alignment with business goals.
