Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis team, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.
  3. Analyze financial trends and results, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency.
  5. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings to executive leadership and the board of directors.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy in all financial activities.
  7. Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and expertise.
  8. Drive continuous improvement in the FP&A function, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  3. Proven experience in the retail finance sector, with a deep understanding of retail financial operations and trends.
  4. Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  5. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to non-finance stakeholders.
  7. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all financial activities.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance financial operations.
  9. Strategic thinker, with the ability to drive financial strategy and planning in alignment with business goals.
