Responsibilities:
As a Permanent FP&A Manager, you will be at the forefront of our financial planning and analysis operations. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision making, including scenario analysis and forecasting.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to the development of financial strategies.
- Analyzing financial data and performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Coordinating with other departments to gather data for financial analysis and reporting.
- Using advanced Excel and Hyperion to manage and analyze financial data.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participating in special projects as needed, providing financial expertise and support.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset. The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in investment banking, manufacturing, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop complex models and perform scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Hyperion.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and recommendations to senior management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
