Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring quality and consistency
Follow recipes and food preparation procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Valid food handling and sanitation certificate preferred
