Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Assisting in Regulatory and Non-regulatory data and reporting submissionsAssisting reporting FTEs in technical requirements gathering from business and compliance stakeholdersCollaborate with key business owners to understand current business processesActively engage and support FTEs to resolve to resolve interdisciplinary issues with business, compliance, data governance and data engineering stakeholdersResearching the reports code for the consolidation and efficiency opportunitiesHelp maintained reporting code REPOAssisting in facilitation of regulatory audits, including taking notes and researching regulatory inquiries.Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredCurrent college / university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program is requiredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and within a team environmentEffective listening and critical thinking skillsDependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential informationEffective problem-solving skills with attention to detailLicensure and Certification:
