Job Summary:
The CareSource Summer Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment.
Essential Functions:Manage all Vendors adds and closures in the ERP system including name change processing and debarment checksManage the Vendor Management department email to support the Enterprise and Vendors with Purchasing and Sourcing needsValidate appropriate contracts have been executed to authorize the set-up of FTP site as requested by ITAssist with system testing and validation for new or modified functionalityEducation and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredCurrent junior or senior college / university undergraduate or graduate student in a credited degree programMinimum of 2.5 cumulative grade point averageCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and within a team environmentEffective listening and critical thinking skillsDependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential informationEffective problem solving skills with attention to detailLicensure and Certification:

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeCompensation Range:$34,500.00 - $55,100.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
