Please note time off requests must be disclosed withinitial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after theacceptance date will not be approved.

When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.

Any RTO over the December Holiday season will not be considered.

13 weeks assignment, 2 years’ experience current required ina 15 plus bed intensive care unit required. Must be a team player, flexible andaccustomed to fast paced environment.Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.

CERTIFICATIONS : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. BLS and ACLSmust be completed through American Heart Association, American Health andSafety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler mustpass the BCA (basic cardiac arrhythmia) testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not passthe BCA test will be dismissed.

Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location

including ED and alternate holding areas to care for appropriate patients, ICU, PCU & MS).

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

ORIENTATION : Is the first week of the contract, not to exceed40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
